This week we shipped improvements to newsletter templates and sending, promotion insights, and audience segmentation.

Newsletters

• You can now choose which email provider a new template sends through.
• Newsletters you send through Mailchimp are now tracked in Letterhead automatically.
• If a newsletter’s audience segment has been deleted, the send is safely blocked and the newsletter returns to draft instead of failing.

Promotions

• You can now see which of your promotions are performing best.
• Managing your promotions through Letterhead’s AI assistant is now available to everyone.

Audience

• You can now build a segment around a rolling time window — like everyone who opened in the last 30 days.
