Edit in CMSHere’s what’s new in Letterhead this week.
Audience & contacts
Section titled “Audience & contacts”- See the actual Stripe product a contact bought in their activity, not just the purchase amount.
- Filter your contacts list to people with no tags applied, so you can find and act on untagged contacts.
- Filter your contacts list by when contacts were added.
- See every newsletter a contact is suppressed from, and why, right on their profile.
Curations
Section titled “Curations”- Sync the products you sell on Stripe into your curation pool as ready-to-use content blocks.
- Move the image in a curation block to any position while composing.
- Apply bold, italic, and underline to text inside a curation block.
Newsletters
Section titled “Newsletters”- See the current local time in your newsletter’s sending timezone while scheduling.
- Give a custom name to a company template when you clone it.
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”- Track how any saved segment, or your whole audience, engages over time across a date range you choose.
AI assistant
Section titled “AI assistant”- Draft a newsletter from a plain-language description using a connected AI assistant.
- Ask your AI assistant to read a draft back and revise its subject line or preview text.
- AI-drafted newsletters now use your channel’s full visual identity, link straight to the editor, and can be deleted right from the conversation.
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”- Set a contact’s subscription status on one or more channels from a single Zapier step.
- Connect Zapier to your company audience with a company-level API key to add, update, and tag contacts from any Zap.
- Manage your full company settings when you share Letterhead with other companies.
