What's new — week of Aug 3, 2026

Here’s what shipped this week in Letterhead.

Newsletters

• When a story can’t wait for your next scheduled send, you can now send your newsletter right away with a Send Now action in the composer — no need to pick a date and time, and it still carries the day’s promotions even though you never set a send date.
• Readers of any private newsletter you send can now click “View in browser” and read that edition on the web — the same one-click open your public newsletters have always offered, while the page stays unlisted and out of search results.
• When you base a channel’s Brand Voice on your recent editions, you now choose them from a single dropdown that opens to a checkable list — the same control you use everywhere else in the Brand Kit editor, instead of a tall always-open list.

Media

• The company-wide image gallery is now on for everyone: every image your team uploads while building newsletters is collected in one searchable gallery, so you can reuse a picture you’ve already used instead of uploading it again.

Team Settings

• A Brand Kits section under company settings lets you browse, search, filter, create, duplicate, and delete brand kits in one place, so your team can manage design assets centrally instead of hunting through individual channel settings.
• When a newsletter’s brand kit has a Brand Voice assigned, the composer’s AI Text panel shows which voice is applied before you generate, so you know whose voice AI drafting will use.

Support

• When you close the in-app support chat, the conversation now wraps up cleanly, and if the support team replies after you’ve stepped away, Letterhead tells you right in the app — with a way to jump straight back into the conversation.
