What's new — week of Sep 14, 2026
Edit in CMSWe’ve shipped a handful of improvements to help you personalise newsletters, manage reporting, and work more smoothly with the tools you already use.
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”- Connect Salesforce to bring its contacts into your company audience — matched by email address, so you can build and send newsletters to the audience you already trust without migrating off the system you keep it in.
- Send your newsletters through Braze by connecting your workspace from your sending settings, so you can publish through it alongside every other provider Letterhead supports.
Newsletters
Section titled “Newsletters”- Personalise a newsletter by picking a reader’s own details from your Braze fields, searching them by name and setting a fallback for anyone the detail is missing for — in the body, subject line, and preview text.
- Show or hide any block depending on what Braze knows about the person reading it, when a newsletter is going out through Braze.
- Hand a scheduled send over to Braze’s per-reader optimal-hour delivery instead of a single fixed time for everyone, when a newsletter is going out through Braze.
- Style your newsletter button’s text bold, italic, or underline — pick any combination from the button’s settings, and your choice shows in the editor and in the delivered email.
- Set how much space sits between the paragraphs in your newsletter under TEXT in your newsletter’s styles, and it applies to the whole newsletter at once — including in company templates.
- Handle a merge tag as one solid piece in the composer, so a backspace removes the whole tag rather than a bracket at a time and a tag can no longer be half-deleted into something that quietly fails to fill in.
Audience
Section titled “Audience”- Send to everyone still engaged on your channel in one pick with a new system segment, “Everyone but Ghosts” — the exact complement of your Ghosts segment, instead of assembling it by hand from four separate engagement buckets. Rolling out to select accounts.
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”- Tell your recurring report emails apart at a glance — each report now names the company it covers, and the newsletter too when it covers just one, in both the subject line and the greeting. Manage the report right from that email with a “Manage this report” button that takes you straight to your Reports page, where you can pause or cancel it. Rolling out to select accounts.
