Analyze agent
Edit in CMSThe Analyze agent examines your newsletter content and performance metrics to generate insights and recommendations for better engagement and reach.
Review the agent’s prompt
Section titled “Review the agent’s prompt”Before running the Analyze agent, review what it’s been configured to look for:
- Navigate to Agents (company-level dashboard).
- Select the Analyze agent.
- View the Agent Prompt to see what analysis it performs.
- TODO: confirm where prompt details are displayed and whether you can preview the analysis scope.
- Proceed if the prompt aligns with your goals.
Run the Analyze agent
Section titled “Run the Analyze agent”- Click Run Now on the Analyze agent card.
- Select a date range, channel, or performance metric to analyze (TODO: confirm options).
- Wait for the agent to complete the analysis.
Review insights and recommendations
Section titled “Review insights and recommendations”- Once complete, view the agent’s findings in the results panel.
- The agent typically surfaces:
- Trends in open rates, click rates, or subscriber engagement
- Content patterns that drive higher performance
- Recommendations for subject lines, sending times, or content types
- Accept recommendations that match your strategy.
- Dismiss insights that don’t apply to your newsletter.
Use these insights to refine your content strategy for future issues.
