Create & manage agents

Edit in CMS

Create custom agents tailored to your newsletter workflow, or modify existing agents to fit your needs.

  1. Navigate to Agents (company-level dashboard).
  2. Click Create Agent or New Agent.
  3. Choose an option:
    • From Template — Start with a pre-configured agent (Assemble, Analyze, Content Check, etc.).
    • From Scratch — Build a custom agent with your own prompt.
  1. Name — Give your agent a descriptive name.
  2. Description — Add a short description of what it does.
  3. Prompt — Write or edit the agent’s instructions. Be specific about:
    • What content or data to review
    • What kind of output or judgments to surface
    • Tone and guidelines to follow
  4. TODO: confirm other settings (e.g., scope, channels, models).
  5. Click Save to finalize the agent.
  1. In the agent’s settings, find Schedule.
  2. Choose:
    • On-Demand — Run manually whenever you need it.
    • Daily, Weekly, or Custom — Set a recurring schedule.
  3. Enter the frequency and time.
  4. Save the schedule.

Activate/Deactivate

  1. Open the agent.
  2. Toggle Active to enable or disable it.

Run Now

  1. Click Run Now to execute the agent immediately.
  2. Review the results in the activity feed.

Delete

  1. Open the agent.
  2. Click Delete Agent.
  3. Confirm to remove it from your workspace.

Agents remain in your library until deleted, and you can modify their prompts and schedules anytime.
