Create & manage agents
Edit in CMSCreate custom agents tailored to your newsletter workflow, or modify existing agents to fit your needs.
Create a new agent
Section titled “Create a new agent”- Navigate to Agents (company-level dashboard).
- Click Create Agent or New Agent.
- Choose an option:
- From Template — Start with a pre-configured agent (Assemble, Analyze, Content Check, etc.).
- From Scratch — Build a custom agent with your own prompt.
Configure the agent
Section titled “Configure the agent”- Name — Give your agent a descriptive name.
- Description — Add a short description of what it does.
- Prompt — Write or edit the agent’s instructions. Be specific about:
- What content or data to review
- What kind of output or judgments to surface
- Tone and guidelines to follow
- TODO: confirm other settings (e.g., scope, channels, models).
- Click Save to finalize the agent.
Set a schedule
Section titled “Set a schedule”- In the agent’s settings, find Schedule.
- Choose:
- On-Demand — Run manually whenever you need it.
- Daily, Weekly, or Custom — Set a recurring schedule.
- Enter the frequency and time.
- Save the schedule.
Manage your agents
Section titled “Manage your agents”Activate/Deactivate
- Open the agent.
- Toggle Active to enable or disable it.
Run Now
- Click Run Now to execute the agent immediately.
- Review the results in the activity feed.
Delete
- Open the agent.
- Click Delete Agent.
- Confirm to remove it from your workspace.
Agents remain in your library until deleted, and you can modify their prompts and schedules anytime.
