Email Content Check agent

The Email Content Check agent is an always-available pre-send check that validates your newsletter content and flags potential issues that could affect delivery or reader experience.

Run the Email Content Check agent

1. Open the newsletter draft you want to check.
2. Navigate to Agents or find the Email Content Check agent card.
3. Click Run Now (or Check).
4. Wait for the agent to complete its analysis.

Review check results

1. View the agent’s findings in the results panel.
2. The agent flags issues such as:
   • TODO: confirm checks (e.g., broken links, missing alt text, formatting issues, sender validation)
3. Review each flagged item and note the location in your email.
4. Click through to the specific content block to fix the issue.

Accept or dismiss findings

1. After reviewing, accept judgments you want to apply.
2. Dismiss any findings that don’t apply to your newsletter.
3. Fix remaining issues in your draft.
4. Run the check again to confirm problems are resolved.

Once all critical issues are resolved, you can confidently send your newsletter.
