Set goals, schedule reports, and manage automations with the AI assistant

When you connect an AI client like Claude Desktop to Letterhead’s MCP server, the assistant can help you manage goals, reports, and automations through natural conversation.

What you can do

Set and adjust performance goals — ask the assistant to set or retarget your goals for engagement, clicks, or growth metrics.

Schedule recurring reports — request daily, weekly, or monthly reports on your key metrics, emailed to the people you specify. You can also ask it to edit or cancel existing scheduled reports.

Review automation status — check which of your automations are currently running, paused, or have encountered errors. See Working in Automations.

Pull company-wide performance data — get a rollup of how your entire audience is performing across all channels in one view.

Browse curated content — access your company’s cross-channel curated content directly in the conversation.

The assistant can also report on transactional email performance grouped by tag and manage your promotions.

Getting started

Connect your AI client to Letterhead’s MCP server, then simply ask the assistant what you’d like to accomplish. For example:

  • “Set a goal to increase click rates by 10% this quarter”
  • “Schedule a weekly engagement report every Monday to the team”
  • “Show me which automations are currently paused”
  • “What’s our overall audience growth across all channels?”

The assistant handles these tasks in the same conversation where you might be drafting newsletters or analyzing performance.
