Is it possible for administrators to re-subscribe audience members?
Edit in CMSYes. Both Organization Administrators and Channel Administrators can easily resubscribe audiences. To do so, please follow the steps outlined below.

In the left navigation panel, click on the Audience option.

Locate the audience by entering either their name or email address in the search field.

Below the email address, you will find the current status. Click on the status and choose Pending Confirmation from the dropdown menu, then allow the changes to save.

After a few moments, you will see various status options appear. Select the one labeled Subscribed.

Return to the Audience section to verify the updated status.
