Managing Audience Members in Pending Confirmation Status

Concerned About Pending Confirmation Emails?

If you’re unsure whether a pending subscriber received their opt-in email:

  1. Contact Support: Submit a support ticket, and our team can verify if the email was delivered and whether it was opened.

  2. Resend Requests: If the confirmation email wasn’t delivered, we can resend it upon request.

If you see a large number of subscribers stuck in pending confirmation status, feel free to reach out to support. We have tools available to help confirm them in bulk, if appropriate, and will ensure any action taken aligns with CAN-SPAM compliance.

Audience members remain in the “Pending Confirmation” status indefinitely until they either confirm their subscription or are manually removed by you. The confirmation link itself may expire, but the status will not change unless action is taken.
