Export your audience

Export your audience data for use in external tools, analytics platforms, or backups — no need to rebuild your list by hand when you want to work with it elsewhere.

Export all contacts or a segment

From the Audience view you can export your whole list, or narrow the export to a custom segment first. Select the segment, then use the Export option.

The built-in Smart Engagement-Based Segments — Active Openers, Active Clickers, and Inactive Subscribers — aren’t currently available as an export scope. If you need that data, export your whole list and filter it afterward in a spreadsheet or analytics tool.

Import subscribers — bring contacts back in, or into another account.
