When someone clicks “unsubscribe” at the bottom of one of your newsletters, their request is processed within 24-48 hours. This time frame is a standard practice in the industry and complies with email marketing laws. During this period, they still might receive emails from you, but rest assured, their request is being managed and will be completed shortly.

If you experience difficulties unsubscribing, it might be due to:

  • Using the Wrong Email Address: Make sure they are unsubscribing with the same email address you used to subscribe.
  • Processing Time: Remember, it may take up to 48 hours for your request to be fully processed. If you still receive emails after this period, please check the email address or contact our support team.
