Audience metrics dashboard
Edit in CMSThe Audience Metrics Dashboard provides insight into your subscriber base health, showing growth trends, churn, and engagement patterns over time.
Access the Audience Metrics Dashboard
Section titled “Access the Audience Metrics Dashboard”- Navigate to Reporting or Analytics from your account dashboard.
- Select the Audience or Audience Health tab (TODO: confirm exact tab name).
- Choose a date range to view performance for that period.
Key metrics displayed
Section titled “Key metrics displayed”- New subscribers: Number of new sign-ups added in the period.
- Unsubscribes: Total number of subscribers who unsubscribed.
- Net growth: Change in total subscriber count (new subscribers minus unsubscribes).
- Growth rate: Percentage change in audience size.
- Engagement rate: Percentage of subscribers who opened or clicked in the period (TODO: confirm exact engagement definition).
View trends over time
Section titled “View trends over time”- Select a time range (e.g., last 30 days, last quarter, custom range).
- The dashboard displays a line graph or trend view showing how subscriber growth and engagement evolved (TODO: confirm visualization format).
- Identify periods of strong growth or higher churn to correlate with newsletter sends or campaigns.
Filter and segment data
Section titled “Filter and segment data”- Filter metrics by segment, list, or campaign if available (TODO: confirm segmentation options).
- Compare performance across different subscriber cohorts or time periods.
Export audience metrics
Section titled “Export audience metrics”- Click Export or Download to save metrics as CSV or PDF (TODO: confirm export options available).
TODO: Confirm whether bounce rates, spam complaints, and reactivation metrics are included, and whether the dashboard supports cohort analysis by subscription date.
