How to Add and Customize a Logo in Your Newsletter
Edit in CMSThe Logo block places your brand’s logo in any newsletter instantly. It automatically pulls the logo saved in your channel settings, so you upload it once and reuse it everywhere.
Step 1: Upload your logo in Settings
Section titled “Step 1: Upload your logo in Settings”- Go to Settings → General and scroll to the Logo section.
- Click Choose an image, upload your logo, and save.
The logo you upload here becomes the default used across your newsletters and the Logo block. Channel Settings access is typically admin-only — ask your admin if you don’t see it.
Step 2: Add the Logo block
Section titled “Step 2: Add the Logo block”Open your newsletter in the composer, find the Logo block in the blocks panel, and drag it into your layout. Your channel logo appears automatically.
Step 3: Customize the block
Section titled “Step 3: Customize the block”In the block settings you can adjust:
- Link to — make the logo clickable (e.g., your website homepage).
- Alt Text — descriptive text for accessibility and better deliverability.
- Alignment — Left, Center, Right, or Full width.
- Border Radius — rounded corners (e.g., 8px), applied to all sides or per side.
- Border, Color, Padding — expand each section for additional styling.
Note: the logo image itself can only be changed in Settings → General, not inside the composer — the block reminds you of this.
Remove Letterhead branding from your footer
Section titled “Remove Letterhead branding from your footer”By default, a “Made with Letterhead” message appears in the footer of your newsletters. You can remove it in seconds:
- In your newsletter or template, click the Footer block.
- In the block settings panel on the right, switch off the Letterhead branding option.
That’s it — the “Made with Letterhead” message no longer appears in your footer.
