What Do Letterhead Statuses Mean?

Draft

When a newsletter is in the Draft status, it means it’s still being created or edited. You can still add or update content, refine the design, and make any necessary changes.

Scheduling

Scheduling is the action of setting a send date and time for your newsletter. Until this is done, your newsletter remains unscheduled and won’t be delivered. You can continue editing your draft until it’s scheduled.

Scheduled

A newsletter in Scheduled status is queued to send at the specific date and time you’ve selected. It will automatically begin sending at that time.

Sending

Once a scheduled newsletter begins to send, it can enter a Sending status. You’ll see it progress through 25% and 50% stages until delivery is confirmed for at least 75% of your audience. This gives you visibility into its progress.

Published

When a newsletter reaches Published status, it means it has been successfully delivered to the majority of your audience. It is now available for subscribers to view.
