How to Update the Character Limit on a Promotion Type

1. Navigate to Organization Level: Click on “Promotions” in the left panel.

2. On the left, under Promotion’s drop-down, select “Template” to access the template settings.

3. Look for the name of the template for which you want to change the character limit.

   

4. Click Edit template.

5.  Click on the pencil button.

6. In the content character count field, update the number to reflect the desired character limit.

7. Click Update.
