Managing Company-Wide Promotions

Company Promotions enables Company Admins to create, schedule, and track sponsored content across all newsletters from one central location. By assigning promotions to specific channels, zones, and send dates, you eliminate manual coordination and ensure consistent delivery and reporting for multi-newsletter sponsorship campaigns.

  1. Company Admins – This role controls company-wide promotions. Once a promotion has been created and activated, the Company Admin can:
    • Assign a promotion to one or more newsletters

    • Select the zone where the promotion will appear within the newsletter layout

    • Schedule the dates the promotion will run

    • View delivery and performance metrics across all campaigns

💡 Tip

If you don’t see the Promotions tab, ask your Admin to grant you the Company Admin role.

2.  All other roles - After an Admin has set up promotions, Organization and channel Admins can:

    • Add promotion blocks to any newsletter or template
    • Select the correct zone so the right content appears
  • Go to Company → Promotions

  • Click Create Campaign

  • Enter all campaign details:

    • Title and Promoter name

    • Channels (which newsletters will run this promotion)

    • Zone (Specify where in the newsletter layout this promotion will be placed)

    • Schedule (start and end dates or total days)

    • Promotion Type:

      • Text Only (headline + body text)

      • Text & Image (headline, text, image, link + alt text)

      • Banner (large image banner, headline, text, link + alt text)

  • Choose Save as Draft (to finish later) or Activate (to make it available)

  • Confirm your new promotion appears in the table with status Active

  1. Open Channel → Newsletter, then pick or create the newsletter you’re editing.

  2. Drag the Promotion block into your layout.

  3. Click the block and choose Zone A, B, or C.

    • Only promotions matching that zone, channel, and send date will appear.
  4. Click Preview and Schedule, pick your send date/time, and review the live preview.

    • If no promotion fits, the block collapses so no empty space is sent.
  5. Schedule and send as usual—your promotions will publish exactly where you placed them.

  1. Go to Company → Promotions.

  2. Use the search or filters to find your campaign.

  3. Click its name to see details and performance (impressions, clicks, linked newsletter metrics).

  4. Click Edit Campaign to update any details.

    • Changes take effect on upcoming sends—past newsletters stay the same.

  1. Navigate to Company → Promotions → Promotion Schedule.

  2. Select the newsletter channel you want to inspect.

  3. See all scheduled promotions laid out by zone.

  4. Click any promotion to open its details or make edits.

  • I don’t see my new promotion in preview

    • Make sure it’s Active, and that Zone, Channel, and Send Date all match.
  • I get a warning about missing promotions

    • You can still send—but double‑check business rules first.
  • My creative isn’t showing correctly

    • Verify you chose the right Promotion Type (Text & Image vs. Banner) and zone.
  • I need to reuse a campaign

    • Simply update its schedule or duplicate and activate again.
  • My edits aren’t retroactive

    • Past sends are locked; only future sends will reflect edits.
  • From any campaign’s detail view, click Export Metrics (CSV) for a breakdown of channel, date, impressions, and clicks.
