What Permissions Does the Content Contributor Have?
Edit in CMSContent Contributors have limited access within specific channels they’re assigned to. Their main responsibility is to help create and manage newsletters and related content, without access to audience data, channel settings, or organization-wide features.
They’ll see only the channels assigned to them in the dropdown under the Letterhead logo

What Can They Access?
Section titled “What Can They Access?”Within each assigned channel, Content Contributors can view:

Dashboard

Newsletters
-
Archive
Dashboard Access
Section titled “Dashboard Access”Shows key metrics from the last 30 days for the channel, including delivery and promotion performance. This gives Contributors visibility into how their content is performing without giving access to deeper analytics.
Newsletters Access
Section titled “Newsletters Access”Content Contributors can manage and build newsletter content using the following sections:

Newsletters: Create from scratch, use a template, or copy past newsletters

Automations: Set up or edit automations for scheduling and engagement

Curations: Add and edit curated content blocks

Templates: Create and edit reusable templates for future newsletters
Archive Access
Section titled “Archive Access”The Archive lets Contributors see published newsletters and how they appear publicly. The page also includes a subscribe option for visitors.
