What's the Difference Between "Hide from Archive" and Public Newsletters?

Both Hide from archive and Public newsletters are published and sent to the intended audience.

The key difference lies in their visibility on the Archive page:

  • Public newsletters appear on the Archive page for everyone to see.
  • Hide from archive newsletters are excluded from the Archive page.

If you want to change the visibility of a published newsletter on the Archive page, you can do so by toggling the Hide from archive option in the newsletter list.

Below is an example of a newsletter marked as Hide from archive. Notice the icon published 3 next to the newsletter title indicating its hidden status.
