Manage & reply in the feedback inbox
Edit in CMSWhen subscribers respond to your feedback prompts, their messages arrive in your feedback inbox. Review, organize, and reply to keep the conversation going.
Access the feedback inbox
Section titled “Access the feedback inbox”- Navigate to Feedback or Feedback Inbox from the main menu.
- The inbox displays all incoming feedback from your subscribers.
- View a list of messages with:
- Subscriber name or email
- The message or feedback provided
- The newsletter it came from
- Timestamp
Read feedback
Section titled “Read feedback”- Click a message to open its full content.
- View the subscriber’s feedback, question, or comment in context.
- Review:
- Which newsletter prompted the feedback
- When the message was received
- The subscriber’s profile (if available)
Organize feedback
Section titled “Organize feedback”- Use Labels or Tags to categorize feedback:
- e.g., “Feature Request,” “Bug Report,” “Praise,” “General”
- Mark messages as Read or Unread.
- Archive messages you’ve addressed.
- Use Search to find feedback by keyword or subscriber.
Reply to feedback
Section titled “Reply to feedback”- Open a feedback message.
- Click Reply or Compose Response.
- Type your response to the subscriber.
- TODO: confirm if replies go to subscriber email or stay in-app.
- Click Send to deliver your reply.
Team collaboration
Section titled “Team collaboration”- Assign feedback to team members for response.
- View assigned items in your inbox.
- Leave notes or comments on messages for internal discussion.
- Archive when resolved.
Use your feedback inbox to strengthen subscriber relationships and gather insights for improving your newsletters.
