Track engagement over time for any audience segment

You can see how any saved segment of your audience engages over time. Chart opens, clicks, and click-to-open rates day by day, and compare them against your whole-audience baseline to quickly spot whether a segment performs above or below average.

How to view segment engagement over time

1. Navigate to the segment you want to analyze.
2. Select a date range for the chart.
3. Review the engagement metrics plotted day by day — opens, clicks, and click-to-open rate.
4. Compare the segment’s performance against the whole-audience baseline shown on the same chart.

Tracking engagement by sign-up source

Exporting data

Download the full time series as a CSV for further analysis or reporting.
