Overview

Letterhead is building an API that will return actionable recommendations to help you improve your email deliverability — specific guidance on what’s affecting your inbox placement, how serious each issue is, and what you can do about it, for a single channel or your entire account.

What to expect

Once this is available, the endpoint’s response will include:

• Prioritized issues — what’s most affecting your deliverability, ranked by severity
• Specific guidance — clear explanations of each issue and how it impacts inbox placement
• Scope — whether the issue affects a single channel or your whole account

Recommendations will be prioritized so you can focus on what matters most — higher-severity issues will have a greater impact on your ability to reach inboxes.
