When the AI assistant drafts a newsletter for you, it renders the draft in your channel’s visual identity — brand colors, fonts, logo, and a compliance footer with the correct unsubscribe link and your physical mailing address, sourced from your channel’s settings. Drafts look like your actual newsletter from the moment they’re created.

What’s included

Brand styling — your channel’s colors, fonts, and logo are automatically applied to the draft.
Unsubscribe footer — a compliance footer with the unsubscribe link and your mailing address is appended automatically.
Direct editor link — a link in the response opens the draft straight in the Letterhead composer for review and refinement.
Delete option — if the draft isn’t what you wanted, ask the assistant to delete it and start fresh without leaving the conversation.

How to use it

Ask the AI assistant to draft a newsletter as you normally would. The response shows the draft in your channel’s visual identity and includes a link to open it in the editor.

To discard a draft and try again, tell the assistant to delete it — for example, “Delete that draft.” You can then request a new draft without manually removing the previous one.

Next steps

Once you’re satisfied with a draft, open the editor link to make final edits and send or schedule your newsletter. You can also ask the assistant to check and revise the draft’s subject line or preview text.
