Ask the AI assistant about transactional email performance

You can ask Letterhead’s AI assistant to report on your transactional email performance. The assistant shows metrics grouped by tag for any date range you specify.

How to check transactional email metrics

  1. Connect an AI client such as Claude Desktop to Letterhead’s MCP server.
  2. Ask about your transactional emails in plain language, for example:
    • “How are my transactional emails doing this month?”
    • “Show me password reset email performance for the last week”
    • “How did receipts perform in June?”

The assistant returns metrics grouped by tag, including:

  • Send counts
  • Open rates
  • Click rates
  • Bounce rates
  • Spam rates

This works for the transactional emails you send, such as:

  • Password resets
  • Order confirmations and receipts
  • Account notifications
  • Any other triggered email

Mention a specific time period in your question to get metrics for a custom date range.
