Schedule recurring analytics reports by email

You can schedule analytics reports to be delivered automatically by email — daily, weekly, or monthly — so you and your team always have the latest performance data without logging in.

When an AI client such as Claude Desktop is connected to Letterhead, you can ask the assistant to schedule recurring metric reports to email daily, weekly, or monthly to chosen recipients — and later edit or cancel them — no setup screens needed.

Create a scheduled report

1. Open the Reports section — see Working in Reports.
2. Create a new report.
3. In the configuration drawer, choose:
   • The type of data — letter performance, audience growth, or click data
   • The delivery frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly
   • The recipients who should receive the report
4. Save your scheduled report.

Once saved, the report is delivered automatically to the specified addresses on your chosen schedule.

View and manage your scheduled reports

All scheduled reports appear in the same Reports area, which lists every report you’ve set up.

Export a one-time report

If you need a report immediately without a recurring schedule, use the on-demand Export tab to generate a one-off copy any time.
