You can download your analytics dashboard as a polished PDF report, making it easy to share performance data with your team or include in presentations.

The PDF export captures exactly what you’re viewing on your dashboard — headline metrics, channel breakdown, audience health, and top-performing emails — complete with the charts.

How to export a PDF report

  1. Open your analytics dashboard.
  2. Configure the view to show the data you want to include (date range, metrics, etc.).
  3. Use the export or download option on the dashboard.
  4. Select PDF as your export format.
  5. Your browser downloads a formatted PDF report, ready to share or drop into slide decks.

When to use PDF vs. spreadsheet exports

  • Use PDF for polished reports — presentations, executive summaries, or stakeholder updates.
